Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Custom painted Celica TRD spoiler

Ok so I have a 2000 Toyota Celica GTS. I recently purchased a TRD spoiler form somebody for $150. Unfortunately the spoiler is not painted, but only primed. I already have a spray can of matching paint that I bought from a paint supplier. I was just wondering if it would look bad if I painted it by myself and then clear coated it? I don't really want to spend a lot of money to get it professionally painted.

If you KNOW how to paint, it will look fine. If you don't, let someone else do it. Make sure THEY know how to paint.
