Hi, does it exist performance chip to an GT T23 and if it does where can you get it??

this is what i read from another thread

...Nope, NO chips work for the 7th gen celica except the Apexi PFC. The other chips are piggy back, and your real ECU has failsafes that will take back over within a few miles (if the chip is even real). ...
