Celica Forums General Discussion Engine and Performance 205/60R15 Tires

I have a 1997 Celica Liftback and it's time for new tires. I last bought tires in late 2004 and was surprised to find there are now only a few options available in the stock 205/55R15 size.

At Pep Boys they had no tires at all that would fit, but suggested I might consider 205/60R15 tires. I have done some checking and found that sure enough there are quite a few different tires available in that size.

Has anyone had any experience using the 205/60R15 tire size on a Celica of that vintage?
