I have a stock 1995 Toyota celica gt and I'm looking to modify it like cold air intake, exhaust system, car headers, throttle body, catalytic converter, and other options you recommend to boost my car. But however I live in California with the most restrictive laws on emissions, and I am also on a very low budget. I would accept any help finding cheap performance parts on how to boost my car.
