ok this is the thing, i just recently had to fix my veilside bumper because it was starting to crack on the surface, but when i got it fixed they(body shop) told me that it was only the coating that the bumper has on it that was bubbling up and thats what caused it to crack. What i wanted to know was whether or not i whould send an email to veilside asking them to reimburse me for the amount that i had to pay for it cause i didnt do anything to the bumper it was casued by a manufactures defect.by the way it cost me about 550 canadian(about 400 american) to fix it,reinforce it and get it painted again. wtf

was just checking about the paint coz what happened the first time i ever scraper my front bar was all these little hairline cracks were everywhre all over the bar (it was a pretty hard scrape at pretty high speed) . pissed the hell out of me so i went to my shop and they said it was just the silver paint that had cracked under the clear or somehting like that and they just snaded it back and resprayed. hate scrapes...im one of those fools who climbs under his car just to make sure nothings been scratched!
