Would you buy all the required stuff from EIP tuning and bring it to Georgia and have somebody closer to home install it for you instead of shipping it off, cause it could get damaged during fright shipment?

EIP does most of the stuff in house, and it takes them a while to get it tuned.

the last celica they did was like 20K (full engine rebuild from ground up) and it took several months.

They are mostly a VW specialty shop, however, they went out on a limb and did the celica project. It's BEAST though.

But, I'd rather plunk $20K into a new car that's stock fast.

Get it done local because most of the time isnot the install but the amount of time on the dyno lots of time on the dyno. By the way if you do do a turbo do it during the winter time so you can use/buy a pos car wile its in the shop. When I did one of my last cars it was in the shop for 3 months getting tuned and it was cheaper to buy a $1000 pos that I could sell when I got my Car back then to rent one.
