Ok guys...I read this article in a magazine and now I'm looking for this turbo. I think its the XS Turbo but i need to know a couple of things because I'm thinking about installing a turbo...What do I need to upgrade and where to get this stuff (internals) and I have a GTS and i know there is like one turbo for it but what is it and is this the same one that gives out 281 whp!!!????

i think xsturbo is the only one and i wouldnt be too surprised if a gts celica had that turbo and got 281 horses and for only like 5 grand! and im like 100% sure you also have to change your exhaust piping

Correct and the reason why is because the new ECU that you need to use (A'pex-i Power FC). I understand that this stand alone ECU does everything but control when the sun goes up and down and automatic transmission functions. and you cant have an auto

So no one out there has a solution for it...? Or can get a different CPU that can handle everything including the auto???? or just boost when i'm using my manual mode or whatever???or just like use 2 CPUs to control everything and hook them together...maybe I'm here but I'm trying to find a way on how not to spend like 3 or 4 G's on an auto to manual switch and spend that on a turbo...
