Does anyone know what torque setting to use or does it tell with the instructions?

Just tighten it as much as the stock ones are. Use a wrench or whatever and make them nice and snug. Don't over do it. You will know that its tight enough, just use your head. Don't put all your muscle into it. Once it stops turning, give it a good little extra push and that should be ok. Catch my drift?

Toyota spec tourque for front strut bolts is 39 lbs.
