Had to get them ordered:( 18" TSW STING's wrapped Yoko's parada spec-2's...What do you guys think? These rims are hard as hell to get...lots of waiting involved.

I was able to get out the door for a decent price...it was either these or the Voxx Matrix's.

Did I make the right decision guys? I have 02 silver celica gts...I will post pics when they are installed. Had to open the piggy bank a little bit for these bad boys.

Discount Tire...they are awesome to deal with and you can barter them down. I had 2 bald tires when I pulled up and they lent me 2 new tires till my rims and new tires came in. Great service thumbsup

I am hoping to pair these rims with this future R2 body kit and BRS fender flares. Might have to get some spacers in the back to get the 18"s to fill the wheel wells properly though? Hopefully it will look half as phat as this celi looks...

Well, for me it was a pain in the butt to get them because about 6 months ago I wanted them and went into discount tire to get em. After about an hour of them searching their sources they came up with the outcome that none of their distributor's had them in the states in size 18x8 except for 2 extra ones and that doesn't help me when i need 4. They found the rims were on backorder to TSW overseas. They estimated a new shipment in 2-3 months. I wasn't too excited with news cry. The guy helpin me didn't even ask if I still wanted them...just assumed that was too far away. I then called all the places that sold the rims on the internet and none of them had any either...it seems that most of these places don't actually stock the rims at there business but rather are just a middle man for TSW angry. They all told me the same story as Discount Tire...out of stock...new shipment in few months...I gave up for the time. While many may advertise them...doesn't mean they actually have them. Then finally yesterday with my tires totally bald in the front I was able to order the rims from overseas and will with any luck have them in 2 weeks. It was "hard" for me anyhow...I am glad others found it easier though.
I ordered 18" s...and i am glad you guys approve. thumbsup I am pretty sure they only come in hyper silver...but you could always get them powdercoated.

I liked the simpleness of those rims but couldn't get used to how the bolt pattern wasn't incorporated in the spokes. To me it just kinda looks like they slapped a circular disc on the back to hook the rim up...still an interesting rim though.

Nice choice on the rims, it will look hot. The Parada's spec 2 are an awesome choice as well, i have them on my celi with 18's, and i've hit a couple of potholes, jersey, and no damage to the rims or tires, also sticky as hell. Good luck and enjoy

Thanks for the approval on the rims and it is good news to here that the parada's can perform...you definitely pay for it rofl What kind of drop do you have on your celi with 18's? I am thinking eibach sportlines should go well and give it that mean "ready to pounce" look.
