is there any way to take rev limiter off the GTS. i have heard that there is just a bolt that youcan take off or something like that is that tru

i heard that from someone i know too
he said it's near the radiator...

but then i never had the chance to sit in his car...
i dono..
*he has a 02 auto GTS...

If you take the rev limiter off, won't there be a high chance of blowing up or seriously damaging the engine?

EDIT: i think there is a way...where you put the shifter in L,2,3(OD for some)or D (D4,D5,D6)

Dude unless you know what your doing, leave your rev limiter on, it is there for a reason. You don't want to mess your whip up. Leave it be, cause if you don't know how to do it, you probably arn't going to know when to enough is enough when your racing, and that will be it for your ride.

ya that messes the tranny up~ so sport-shift is the way to go! grin well...manual is even better of course
