So, since someone stole my deck a while back..I'm in the market for a new one and I'm close to picking up either of these models.

Clarion VRX-935vd
Pionner avh-p6500dvd
Kenwood KVT-911dvd

Each has its own features and such, but I do especially like the Kenwood having a built in TV tuner. Can anyone give me some reviews on these units, or opinions on how each manufacturer stacks up when it comes to qaulity and such.

Thanks

I have a double DIN Pioneer. It was great at first. Then a board got fried and an output blew. I think it was a defect. But just to be safe, I'll tell you that I've heard no complaints from single DIN's. I have a Sony before that. It was great for the money. I don't know much for the Indash DVD systems because I want to put one in the Center console and one monitor in the glove box.

i have . . Clarion VRX925VD. .not the 35VD but the only thing that is really have to say is

When all of those decks are not flip'd out you can't do anything with them except for the Clarion VRX925VD. It has a singledin mode and the 7" Flip Screen and its touch. I would give it up for the VRX925VD. . someone i think on NC is selling it for 1150$ shipped, check it out... .

TV Tuner , you can always buy one later. espically cause the VRX925VD retails for 2000, 1699 on crutchfield. u'd save a lot and you can just go get a tuner .. . just my 2

I have Clarion... and am not really impressed thumbsdown

with everything that you add to the Clarion deck, you also need to purchase their proprietary $60 'CeNet' adapter cable (CCA389). Meaning, if you want to add a Tuner, an Amp...etc
