I'm thinking of getting the Hypermotive Front Strut Tower Brace. Will getting the rear brace make much difference? I'm not too partial to having to cut holes in the interior for the rear one

unless you have a comlete suspension set up dont do it...
get sways first.

the strut tower brace will make a noticable difference.

i have apr, it makes a difference, definitely stiffer cornering.
