its a dash kit thats already painted
so i wouldnt need to do any of the painting crap

well first off... this isn't for the 7th gen celica (00-03).
and second...this isn't for the "dash" itself, it's for vinyl stickers that you put over your dash.
meaning, it's not paint and yes you'll have to apply the vinyl onto your dash. it is basically like a sticker.
i wouldn't get it...

Yea just paint it you can paint it for around 10 yourself. Or get it done professionally for like 60.
