I was quoted a wopping $460 for the install today buy a dealer which includes an alignment. I think this is pretty high but have nothing to compare it to. Not many TRD toyota dealers within driving distance and I want it done by them to maintain the warranty.

Any opinions?

Yeah, that's pretty high, but if you want to get it done by a dealer, they're gonna charge you a lot. idunno

dealers will always charge an arm and a leg.

and i don't think it voids your warranty to get the work done by someone other than a dealer.

I thought I read on the board that soeone had the stuff installed by "non TRD" installers and they gave him a hard time...lemme try and find it.
