the shell is carbon kevlar, and it's very light. you can literally lift it with one finger.

well to answer everyone's question the seat cost about $950 in total, thats for shipping, tax, rail, and some minor welding that had to be done to the rail.

yeah my front license plate is tilted, that's just some cheap idea i got from somewhere, it's to direct more air to the radiator.

oh and no i am not getting another seat, hell no for that price. also there would be no need cause passengers just slow me down, if i was racing i would remove the passenger seat.

next is wheels, i know everyone must think that's weird that i don't have wheels yet, but they're coming, i just wanted to leave them for last when i could find the perfect set to match my style.

Keep your wheels, or get some of the 5 spoke GT rims. Keeping the 15's will give you better acceleration(at the cost of a lower top speed, but how often do you top-out?) The only reason I see to get 17's or larger is for the big brake package.

That seat looks awsome for autoX but isn't it a bit obtrusive for a daily driver. I don't know if I could stand stitting in it all the time. Of course I drive on average over 450 miles a week.

well the seat does make it harder to see behind you but i only drive 1 mile to work, it's really a short trip that i've taken for 8 years, i could do it blind folded spineyes

i know 17's will hurt performance but my wheels just look so damn small, i think that i'll just have the 17's as show wheels and keep the 15's for racing wheels.

It's a great seat but.. are you gona be able to actually take advantage of that functionality??
I think last seat would be better.. since that seat is purely for race...
Last seat would better for your daily driving and lets say... if your car is heavily modded...???

It's more of an investment for him. He's a small guy and the ergo was made for large frame ppl. This seat will suit him quite well for his autox needs.
