Where is the gromet in the firewall to run the cable through to the battery? i looked for different holes but none of them work. im looking to run the cord through the firewall on the Driver's side. just want to know where those who hardwired their neon ran thier cords. any help would be great!

feed it through where the pastic cover with green on it goes through. on the inside you can find it up and to the right of your gas pedal.

It's a pain in the ass punching a whole in the damn thing cause it's so stretchy and it's also hard to feed more than one wire through at a time.

it seriously is...had to lube up the wire a bit

I just electrical taped all the wires to a hanger and pushed them through...found that a lot easier
