Well, I've decided that I want to keep my warranty on my car alive for the 3 yrs., so I guess I'mma hafta pay more dough for TRD stuff. Since every other Toyota dealer around here is trying to rip me off, I was thinking of going to West Covina Toyota, as I've heard about how they specialize in selling TRD parts for a somewhat reasonable price. If anyone's been there, how is their service and prices for installation? In essence, are the mechanics/parts salesmen a**holes, or cool guys?

PS: I don't understand this: WC sells lots of aftermarket parts on their TRD section on the website, so I was wondering if these are all covered under the car's warranty if installed at WC Toyota.

i think any aftermarket parts that don't directly influence your engine and drivetrain is ok.

exhausts, cais, big brake kits, radiators, etc should all be fine. the exceptions would be that if they can prove that the aftermarket part actually caused a problem with your celi. if the aftermarket parts you put on did not have an influence on your cars problems...you are good to go thumbsup

worth reading: from the bulletin in this forum aftermarket parts and warranties
