i want to know all the different types of gauges
i think i know most so if you know of any more than the following please tell me

Speedometor (which usually has odometer inside)
Tachometer
voltmeter
oil temp.
oil pressure
boost
engine temp.
fuel level
fuel pressure
water temp.
nitrous pressure
air/fuel ratio
vacume(not sure what this is, pleas specify)

don't forget the oil gauge (how much oil you have)

this is another complain i have about toyota..no voltmeter and no oil gauge...what was toyota thinking? that said..the dash really isnt that big so i guess you can't have everything.

my top 2 gauges would be a voltmeter and an oil gauge though. to me..those are almost a necessity (almost)

I don't think there is an "oil gauge". All oil gauges you see on some cars' dash measures oil pressure, not your oil level. I could be wrong though.

Besides, you don't really need one if you get your oil changed when you should, and if your car doesn't leak oil. It's not like gas, it doesn't really get used up, just burned up over time.

sorry..now that i think of it i do think it is an oil pressure gauge.

in any case i'd still get one. even though you should have no problems (especially if you get your oil changed regularly as you mentioned) you never know when there might be a problem and you do start leaking oil.

better safe than sorry, imo.

it is an oil pressure gauge, and i found one more that i have never heard of

the Pyrometer

what is it

i am going to practicly have allof those gauges in my car

except vaccume,and pyrometer, mabey a couple more, but i will have a lot of gauges none the less
