k last question about neons. i have two 10 inch and the switch light connected to one ground and a set of 6 inch grounded all to the same place...doees this matter or effect anything?
if you're asking if it's okay to ground everything to the same place, yes it's fine. All ground = 0 reference voltage. You may be asking something else though, it's not clear.
