Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior need help with the map light

How do you change it? I tried undoing the screw, but the housing still seemed a little stuck , and I didn't wanna break it or force it or anything. Any tips on how to change my map light?

are you talking about the dome light? (sorry..i've never heard it called 'map light' before.

if so, here's a quote from SuperCharged:

"Pop it open by inserting a flat head screwdriver in the tiny slot & prying it open. Just hold one of the metal prongs back & get the bulb out. But it's HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you do it after the bulb cools off."
