I want to get footwell neons for my celica. I need to know what I need to make everything work. I looked at the install page for it and this is what I think I have to buy...
2 ten inch tubes
16-gauge wire
swtich
inline fuse

is that what I need? Correct me if I need to add/replace something. Thanks.

oh and what is a good website I can buy all of this stuff off of? I am currently looking at www.performancecenter.com [performancecenter.com] and they have everything I need so far except the fuse. I am still browsing the site in case they do have it, but I don't want to buy from 2 different sites. anyone got any?

just go to autozone or advance...$35 and you have everything you need...thats what i did and i love mine... thumbsup plus you get them that day and dont have to wait forever and worry about one of them arriving broken then have to wait even longer...or your local stereo, or custom shop will have them...

all you need is some wire and a switch. i didnt have a fuse on mine, they worked just fine. and i ran the wires straight from the battery to the switch and from the neons to the switch. that way i could turn them on even without turning the lights on or whatever

all i bought was the lights and the switch i wanted...i used the wire that came with the lights (i cut off the cig lighter adapter)...and i wired it through my fuse box into my cig lighter fuse...that way i wont forget and leave them on when i leave my car...if i am around my car i will leave the keys in with the lights on...but to each his own...

i also have plates to go in the ashtray for the switches...it is $15 plus $2 shipping and it comes with the swithes so i can cut the holes out to fit perfect...the one i have in there now is the very first one i did as a template so it looks kinda rough because it has been taken ina nd out several times ans actually been ran over by a friends...haha...it is aluminum and is very sturdy...if interested let me know color, switch color (lighted), how many (can fit 1-4) and if you want velcro or screws to hold it on...i personaly use the velcro..it is 3 very small strips...works great and is still easy to get out...if interested let me know...here is a pic (ignore how rough that one looks, i have a new one but i havent had time to redo mine...maybe in the next month...anyways...let me know...link to pic...

wow thanks guys, that's what I wanted to know. 4u2envy I found a switch I like that fits right in the little rectangle cut out thing on the lower dash. Thanks anyways, that pic looks nice with that in teh ashtray. If I was getting more than 1 switch, then I would go ahead and get your switch holder thingy but since I am getting one, I don't really need it to fill that whole space. I love that though, it looks soo nice. Thanks guys. I'm gonna order the stuff right now.

You could also run your wire strait to your fuse box, that way you could turn on your neons without having your key in.

Here are some pics:
