I remember a long time ago that there was a company who made a lightweight radiator for our cars but performance wise, i dont think it helped.

Many guys with turbos and what not use the stock radiator with no overheating problems.

If you get an oil cooler, then your water temps may cool slightly.

I have raced my car pretty hard in autox on some really hot days. We're talking 105-110* F. The water temp gauge didn't even pass the normal mark of where it's ususally at when the motor is warmed up.

I believe our water system is more than sufficient than what the average tuner will need.

here you go...custom made to fit the celica. (94-98..but i think it still fits the '00+ models)
intensepower.com: koyo radiator for celica [intensepower.com]

cost is about $370 here (might be able to find it cheaper elsewhere).

edit--in any case, if it doenst fit..i gotta agree with steven (one post up). it gets extremley hot here and i've never had any problem overheating..even when running my engine hard for over an hour of continuous driving. toyota really did do a good job on our stock setup.

Heres one I found at Intense Motorsports out of Arizona.

*Note: I had some trouble with them taking a long time to ship a part to me in the recent past, but that may have been because I am on the East Coast. Anyway, goodluck thumbsup

I have only been able to find radiators for the GT and that was i-m-racing.com I am still searching for a replacement for the stock one. Anyonne know how dinged up a radiator has to be before you start to notice losses?

hopefully by the time i need one they will have one out, i really want aftermarket radiator for looks and most weigh a lot less, i only posted because i thought i saw one once.

i know the cooling system is sufficiant, but i still want it, i should also have an intercooler with nitrous spray, and an oil cooler and tras cooler. just in case

I have ordered quite a bit from them without any trouble. About 7 days is what it took to get to Pittsburgh.

you don't really need to upgrade, as the guys have said.

I ran my radiation for 5-6 hours in 100* temps over the summer during some very high rev autox events.

I had to change the oil, and the coolant was only down a smidgen.
