is the needle bent then?? There is no reason why this shouldnt work unless the needle is damaged.

So you pulled it off and put it back on again, and still doesn't work? Looks like you may have snapped it. Those things are hella expensive too. frown
Hopefully someone can tell you how to fix it. smile

Did you try making sure that the 3d part is completely pressed down to the gauge. I had the same problem and it was just because of the 3m wasnt stuck all the way. So I just pushed it down thumbsup

i know the exact issue you are talking about... my RPM needle would stick when it got to about 500rpm... or even when the car was turned off it would still say 500rpm spineyes

the problem was solved by pulling the needle up from the base just so slightly so that it would not be pulled OFF the center pole... it solved the problem, but a few weeks after the install, I didnt like the gauges and removed them.

Im going with the stock black gauges and red leds now grin

I can help you here. I've been scouring the earth for my AC Reverse EL tach with no luck. The S7 Pod Gauges are pretty distinctive and seeing as you have the same EL Dash gauges as me from the ECelica store, I'd either get the D5 Race Gauges cause they look different (in a good way) or look on eBay for the EL series cause I know there are a lot of new ones for sale there. AC has discontinued the EL series (unfortunately) but I know you can still find the pod gauges around. If you see them at an online store email and check to see if the store knows they've been discontinued cause a lot of places still list them as "in stock"

That first pic is the D5 style. It's pretty cool. Here's some links to new EL pod gauges on eBay. I got one of mine new off eBay and it's totally sweet.
Oil Pressure [cgi.ebay.com]
Water Temp [cgi.ebay.com]

Voltage - I bought this same gauge from this seller...fast shipping, really low price [cgi.ebay.com]

yes I think they were.
I have the water temp and voltmeter in mine to match my AC reverse indiglo gauges grin

but I think they just went all S7 now and don't make the first design...I think both will still look good together though grin
