Ok i saw the GB for a DC header on the board today and i was wondering what the differences between a stainless steel header and a ceramic header are? What are the pros and cons to both types ?

Stainless Steel header are typically more expensive and will almost look chrome when you buy them. As you use them more and more they will blue, and usually it looks really good. The ceramic header is the same material the stock header is made out of except it has a coating of ceramic on the outside i believe, they look clean, but not as good as stainless steel. I also think the stainless steel is a little bit lighter. Anyone please correct me if i am incorrect on anything.

you are correct,
but i might just add that stock and ceramic are not quite the same material, very close though, cause the flange is cast iron and the runners are mild steel and ceramic header is mild steel.its debatable which is lighter ceramic or stainless cause they will be of different gauge. the cons of the ceramic is that the coating wears off over time.i like stainless cause it retains the heat easily,(which make more power) something the mild steel header doesnt readily do, thats one of the reasons its coated with ceramic.
