Heres a pic of the car i hit. How much do you think it will cost to get it painted. It just took off the paint no dents...just paint. The guy said he got it estimated and he said it's $560...I think thats too much for just the rear bumper...

Why don't you just get a book and a couple of cans of spray paint then try to do it yourself?

I mean, If you mess it up, then just go to a shop.

Tell him to go f himself grin

Have him show you three different estimates, if he refuses, then tell him that you wont pay.

damage on my car was just a lil scratched paint and paint from his car rubbed on mine. But i think i can buff it out. i was able to buff out some but didnt take my time. Good thing is i didnt have a front plates or else that would have f****d up his car bumper.

I'm afrade you guys do not know what the fuck are you talking about...
Bumper it self can be around $250 (yes it's shitty stock but it's how much it cost)
Than around $40 to take the old bumper off, Than painting of new bumper around $200.Than Around $40 to put the whole shit back...
And do not forget cost of the paint $20-40...
So price estimate about right...
And if you do not think so, go and check your self...

that price he told you is a professional paint job price. i know our place, we charged some guy 2000$ for fender paint and front bumper. i was amazed too, but i guess thats how much the work goes for. try it urself, or else if the guy is cool enough tell him that ull take care of it. take it to ur body shop and have it painted. to make the customer happier, pay 60 $ for a detailing. interior and exterior, theyll shine the paint and hell think you really took care of him while you might end up paying a 100 less minimum

my mom scrped against te snow blower. and she has a mark on the driverside panel. its like 4 inches long. it's not too deep either. they said it'd be like 500 over at apple auto. so my dads gunna compound it and get some touch up paint. i mean the paint peeled kinda weird. how'd you hit him? but that price isnt that bad. i mean you could probally find a place to do it for a little less. not much though.

it's definately not 560...

all they need to do is clean the surface, get the shitty paint off, prime it back up, match the paint up and that's it...

shouldn't be anything more than 200.
