Anyone here ever change the color of the needles on the speedo??? If so how?? And the led's that change the light color...some people say radioshack has them and others say they dont. If they do, what is the size and model number needed to do this?? Thanks.

what j00 talkin bout f00l????? the needles... - you can pry them off and use nail polish remover and very gently take off the orange color, leaving them clear...then you could paint the backside of them using a transparent paint and they will light up that color... OR you buy the LED's for behind the gaugees and clear the needles and they can stay clear, but light up whatever color you want at night...you can go either way, or both ways... and what light? there are like 329875235 lights inside, which ones???

Um, ok. The only size leds for the needle change are SMD 1206 I believe.

I painted my needles after I changed out my gauge face with a red and black one with red LED's i just used nail polish remover and used a red sharpie to repaint it, make sure you only do it on the bottom though!

I don't think you will find them offline too easily. Radio shack doesn't sell those types of LED's. You need surface mount LED's. SMD= Surface Mount Device
