I recommend going with 18s, and drop it with like some eibachs. Anything over 18s is too big for the celica. 17s IMO are just a tad too small. 18s will give you that nice, clean look. I personally like tenzo, 5 zigen, motegi, racing hart, etc. The choice is yours. It also depends if you want a lighter rim and what not. You can also try tirerack.com, they give more a bit more selection on what kind of rubber if your getting wheels and tires, which I assume is the case. And yeah, 18's, I was really thinking about 17's, but I decided to just go for it and finally got the wheels. I have to say, 18's were deffinatly worth it

17" = Performance and Looks 18" = Looks only I am sure you will make the right choice on what you like. Remember you can't lower your car that much with 18's, but you can with 17's, so it depends on how low you really want to go.
