I have varad strobes in my headlights. They are practically the same. They are cool looking when your parked at night. But during the day or when you have ur lights on there is no way you can see them. Also the stobe is more of a blink. Like the same speed as ur turn signal. mine are red and when you can see them it looks like devil eyes.

haah everything is illegal i bet everyone on this board has broken the law atleast once today grin but back with mine i bought to sets so there was a total of 4 strobe lights then clipped one strobe light off the controller and hook all the wires upto the other bulb on same controller so the speed effectivle doubled then i was getting 3 flashs a second or so

thank god i wasn't epliptic

headlight strobes are very easy to install...i just installed mine because i use my car to go to ambulance calls. The whelen strobes are the best, they are used in all the police, fire, and ambulance cars. THey are bright as hell. I got a 690 with 6 clear bulbs. All you need is a one inch drill bit and some wiring knowledge.
