good suspenion mod. You will definatly have better handeling after install. Its a little bouncy because the spring rates are higher than regular lowering springs..so i recommend getting Konis or someother stiff aftermarket shocks to acommadate the higher spring rate. Depending on how low you lower it, stock shocks will blow after a year or so of use. If you want good performance lowering and the ability to raise and lower your car, get these. If you DONT like to sacrifice comfort for performance..think twice.
