Pros:	cheap, easy install, trd,
Cons:	not a lot of power, no appearance value like a intake

i used to have an intake with my GT. with my GT-S i got a trd filter. it's ok...the "shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" sound is not as evident as if you would have an intake. but on dynos it delivered 2whp on a GT-S...not bad for 50 bucks. recommended if you don't want to go through intakes.....
