I had the TRD USA clutch installed about 9 months ago. The clutch seems to grab a little harsher than with stock. I'm sure it probably launches harder, but i never really launched with my stock clutch to compare. No problems.

Pros:
It's hard to use when driven normally, but drive the car hard and it really engages well.
Cons:
It's hard to put it in first gear
The only thing I noticed,was that pedal feel it's kind of hard but ofter a couple of months you feel no difference than stock, with the exception of trying to engage first gear, sometimes it's hard.
