Pros: great feel, smooth shifts
Cons: could be slightly shorter
I love this thing! A couple of my friends and I installed this ss with absolutely no problems in about 2 hours (we took our time plus we had no previous mechanical experience).

My shifts are slightly faster, but beyond that my shifts feel much smoother as well. Also, many '00 gt-s like mine have had problems with grinding of the shift cables when shifting into reverse--that is now gone.

Because of it's straight-through design (the stock shifter is 'goosnecked'), the b&m shortshifter shifts with greater accuracy in my opinion (the '00 gt-s celicas are also known for having extremely tight shift gates).

I highly recommend this shifter for any manual celica driver who doesn't already have a shortshifter/quickshifter. It's relatively cheap and is a cinch to install.

Pros: Nice, short throws
Cons: none
Nice sporty feel. It really shortens the throws quite a bit. Easy to install (about an hour) and a nice solid feel when you get into gear.

Pros: Nice crisp feel
Cons: Not short enough
Definatly an excellcent shifter. I think it was worth every penny, not only does it give you nice crisp, smooth shifts but it takes away that big ugly long shifter that comes stock with the celica. Oh yeah comes with a pretty cool shift knob too!

Pros: Shoter throw
Cons: none
Easy to install and the lenght is perfect for my driving preference(not too short). It will take a couple rounds around the block to get use with the shifting. But on the bright side..shifting is much accurate compare to the stock shifter.

Pros: Short Throws. Easy Install
Awesome shifter. You can feel the shorter throws. It does not look all that much smaller but when you are shifting you will notice the difference. Install takes awhile but it is nothing to difficult. A MUST BUY!

Pros: Short, crisp throws
Cons: Metal shift knob gets very cold in winter, hot in summer
Installed it myself without any problems. I like the shorter throw and the solid feeling the metal spacers give. The B&M shift knob looks nice, but I gave up on it because half the year it's either too cold or too hot to touch with your bare hand.

this is a very nice product for the price. it has a very positive feel when shifting in and out of gears. the only downside is it is very tight for quite some time although it goes away after like 5000 miles.
