Pros: Shorter throws
Cons: More effort to shift
The install was pretty easy but I'm a mechanic so it might just be me. The directions that came with the kit we very clear and included pictures of every step.
The feel of the shifts have improved 10 fold. Very firm and takes a lil bit to get used to the extra force because of less leverage. Deffinately qucker shifts also. I find my self wondering why I wait so long to let the clutch out. Very nice product.

Pros: Great look, Extremely noticable improvement!
Cons: None
The TWM SS improves the look a ton from how high the stock shifter sits. It also improves performance a ton by giving you shorter quicker shifts!

Pros: VERY short throw
Cons: little harsh at first...
Install was a kinda bitch, but only because of getting a pin in that i'm sure everyone else did in a minute...yea other than that easy install...

as for the feel of it, it is CRAZY short!! If you want a REEAL SS than get this one! it pushes you into gear, and my shift time has improved very much. A great buy for the money!

Pros: Shorter throw, faster shifting + it looks good
Cons: a bit tilted
It took me 3 hours to install it.. that’s because I didn't have the proper tools and I didn't know jack on what I was doing.. ^_^, but the instructions a very easy to follow.. but it was worth it. I learned a lot by doing it + it shifts faster and more smooth than the stock.. Is a bit hard to shift but you'll get use to it.. the only thing that I'm not happy with is that it looks a bit tilted to the right.. it appears that is in gear when is in neutral.. but I'll get over it..!

Pros: Everything...it's that good.
Cons: Nada
I conned my Toyota dealership into installing this for me. They quoted 3-4 hours and it took them 45 minutes...Mmmk. If you feel hesitant about doing this, just have it done professionally. The washer is a sonofabitch to get off and likewise to get the new one on. This is a SHORT shifter in every sense. It feels and shifts as good as it looks. Probably the most enjoyable mod that I have installed as of yet!

Pros: looks great, faster shifts
Cons: only you can drive your car now, reverse sucks
The install was like 45 minutes, only one clip gave me any trouble, everything is in the car, unlike Hondas, The instructions are awesome. If you fold your stock shift boot over and put a rubber band on the inside where its folded, it wont bulk up and look tacky.
