Deposit: We require a non-refundable $700 deposit within 24 hours of winning the sale. Deposits only accepted through a credit card.
Payments: Full payment will only be accepted through Direct Deposit, Wire Transfers or Official Checks. All sales transactions must be completed within 3 calendar days of sale close/offer acceptance. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery/pick-up of the vehicle.

Winning offer: The winning buyer will be contacted via email after the sale closes or he/she must contact Elite Auto Corp within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
No Payment: If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of the sale, or if the balance is not paid in full within 3 days following the close of the sale, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle to the next highest buyer or another qualified buyer.

Applicable Fees are; Out of State Customers fee is 10% of sale price. Illinois Customers will pay $165.00 Title Fee and $151.00 for Illinois Plates, $25.00 for Illinois Registration, Sales Tax (for Illinois Residents and Residents of Tax Reciprocal States with the State of Illinois), plus 10% of sales price.
