PAYMENT
1.We have shifted to Managed Payment, buyers can pay using credit, debit, and gift cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and PayPal Credit.
2.Payment must be fulfilled within 7 days since sale's ending.Your prompt payment will be greatly appreciated.
3.Unpaid Items will be forfeited per Policies.
SHIPPING
1.All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days(excluding weekends and holidays) after payment verified. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
2.Once we received your payment, we will ship out the order, we can not cancel order or chang the shipping address for you when the order was shipped. So please make sure shipping address is the correct one before placing order. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
3.International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding/buying.
RETURNS
1.All of our items are backed with a 60-day return policy. We ensure all our items are new and in excellent condition prior to shipping.
2.All Returns - defective or otherwise - MUST BE PREAUTHORIZED to guarantee refund or exchange. Please contact us to get an authorization and return address. If you need to return, please check twice to confirm the item not work and let us know the detailed problem.Applicable freight fees and a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
3.We ONLY accept returns with original package. Please make sure that item has NO man-made sabotage. Used items will not be accepted for return.
4.ALL REFUNDS will be processed via Payment. Please double check via order history and transaction for confirmation. Payment will send it back to whatever you used to pay within 3-5 days.
