We have transitioned from padded bubble mailers to cardboard boxes for around 90% of our transactions, excluding clothing and other non-breakables.Most items are now shipped via Ground Advantage, UPS or Fedex Ground. Posters are shipped in cardboard tubes. Items in their original boxes are shipped in a second cardboard box, OR in a padded mailer with a rigid cardboard wrap surrounding the item. Fragile breakable or easily-marred items are shipped in a cardboard box. Clothing or non-fragile items may ship in a padded mailer. Certain low-cost, high-weight items may be shipped in a Priority flat-rate padded mailer with cardboard wrapping surrounding the items. ALL items receive some sort of void fill, bubble wrap protection, or both- usually both unless the items are very cheap, too large or too heavy to benefit from bubble wrap, or otherwise do not require the protection. These larger items mentioned receive extra void fill protection.
