Delivery
We aim to dispatch our items the very same day if orders are placedbefore 12:15pm. Purchases made after 12:15pm will either be dispatch the sameday if possible or the next working day.

All UK based parcels that are sent via royal mail should be deliveredwithin 2 to 3 days, however royal mail have advised to allow between 5 to 7working days.
All UK based parcels that are sent via courier should be deliveredwithin 2 working days.
If your parcel hasnot been delivered within the above time period then do notify us, so that wecan contact the carrier to resolve the issue.

RETURNS
We offer a 30 dayreturns policy to our customers on on the basis that the product hasnot been used or damaged.
If there is a problem with yourpurchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
We willissue credit to the original PayPal account used for the purchaseprice, applicable taxes, shipping cost for items shipped in error. Creditwill be issued automatically upon receipt inspection of the item(s). Ifonly a portion of your original order is returned, credit for original shippingcosts will be on a pro-rata basis.
If items are returned for reasonsother than defect or error, then the customer will be responsible for allpostage charges. MIJ will not pay for return postage. These returns includereasons such as \"changed my mind\" and \"ordered incorrectproduct\".
Returns for custom made items, including off-the-shelf items thathave been adapted to customer\'s requirements, will not be accepted unless therehas been an error on the part of MIJ.
