Sales Tax

Shipping
All Products are shipped FREE to the Continental US with a LTL Freight Carrier, which will take approximately 2-4 business days to arrange pickup, actual delivery time will be longer. We will not ship to APO, FPO, PO Box, US Protectorates, Alaska or Hawaii.
We do not offer customer pickup at any of our locations.
The Carrier is responsible for transit times, not the seller. The estimated delivery time given is by Carrier and excludes weekends, holidays, peak periods of the year and inclement weather situations. Any delivery guarantees are supplied by , we only guarantee the part will be shipped within our handling times.
Once your order is complete we will will be updated with a tracking number and your order will be updated with the information. (Do not forget to check your spam folder.)
We must have a valid phone number for your order as the freight carrier will contact you to make a delivery appointment.
Processing Details:
- Buyer is responsible for shipping charges unless stated as Free Shipping in the listing.
- Most products ship within 72 hours (3 business days). You must include a valid phone number with your order as the freight carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. Business Days are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
- You will be notified via when your order ships.

Shipping Damage
Every now and again damage will occur during shipping - if you see severe damage to the box and can visually see the part is also damaged without opening the box, then please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
Please open and inspect all parts before accepting delivery, if hidden damage is found refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. Do not sign for your package without inspecting it.
Freight carriers work differently than UPS and if damage is not noted on the BOL then they usually not cover the damages. When you accept the package you are acknowledging that the part was delivered without damage.
Customer Service
At Wheels Tires and More, we guarantee that our customers will receive all orders promptly and as described. If you ordered the wrong product in error we will gladly do an exchange for an item of the same purchase amount. If the item needed is more than the original amount paid, you will be responsible for price difference of the proper item. If you ordered in error you will be responsible for the returning shipping cost of the original item. If we have shipped an item in error we will cover all shipping charges.
We do offer a Money Back Guarantee on any returns received 30 days from the original order/shipping date, all returns require an RMA number issued by Wheels Tires and More to be processed and all return shipping charges are the buyers responsibility. However any items that have been installed, mounted or damaged (examples a tire mounted on a wheel and then found to be damaged) are not applicable for return or for the Money Back Guarantee.
UPS damage requires a UPS claim to be started. UPS will need to see the shipping container for that claim. Any item found to be shipped in error by Wheels Tires and More will be completely refunded (Upon Receipt of item at sellers facility with seller supplied return shipping label) or immediately exchanged depending on the buyers preference.
