hi guys if you could buy one of these cars what would it be a 1994 supra with turbo or a 1994 Bmw M3 ??? i think you mean a 1995 M3, they didnt make a M3 in 94 , the E30s were stopped in 1991, and the E36s started in 1995, then in 1996 they completely redesigned the engine and electonics(don't get a 1996+ M3 if you plan on working on it yourself) ---so unless its a M3 Euro-Lightweight, wich are collector cars and go for 35,000+ id go with the supra

Yeah the supra has much more hp and torque and what benefit the m3 hasn in handling can be matched with some suspension in the supra. WHile it wont be 50 50 weight distrabution it will still be hot. Also in terms of power the mid 90's m3 are about equil to the mk3 supra.

M3 because im getting to the point where Im starting to like luxery cars over the whole import racing thing. Ever since its gone mainstream and everything I started to like the super fast w/luxery type. I still dont think the whole import lifestyle will go down though I still love it, but I just think the bimmer can get more girls(not that i need one to get girls )

haha, was that a serious question? unless you're looking for some more luxory in addition to a sporty car and the privelage of saying you drive a bmw, this should be a no brainer . . . supra

If you were going with a early-mid 90's car, I'd go with the Supra. My only reasoning though is that the Supra is no longer in production, so you'll still have the "latest generation" model. If you get an old M3... you just have an old version of a current car. I'd take a 2004 M3 over ANY Supra, I don't care if we're talking about a 1998 with 10k miles and 800hp. Once you cross 300, I think that it's all the same and you should just go with comfort and class, unless you are talking about a true factory supercar (ZO6, Porsche, Ferrari, ect).
I'm just a crosshair I'm just a shot away from you

I'd do go with the m3. Just because every supra made has been modded out to know end and you really don't know the shape of it when you buying one. Thats just IMO...
My car might be slow, but at least it looks nice!

I love Supras as most Celica owners do, but there harder and harder to get, so M3.
My buddy Mike has one (96 6sp), its sick as shit, think he is pushin close to 300hp. But hes a BMW tech so he can do that shit. This is also the only person who works on my celica, toyota will never touch it.
oh, and just to mess with your head, his firebird GTA, auto, pushin 650hp, crazy aint it.

i dont think the old m3 are that fast. but the new ones are just amazing cars. i remember we were driving on big turns on hills rsx-s, civic si, is300, golf, rx-7, and few others and i could tell you the m3 was flying on these turns and noone was near it. great handling, great power, very nice and neat look

euopean cars > japanese cars > american cars > everyone else's cars. You're close, but the food chain is more like this: European cars > Japanese Cars > Korean Cars > American Cars > Yugoslavian cars > Bicycles > Pontiac
