I just bought a pair of 400 watt legacy 3 way speakers, and i was gonna replace my rears, so i take off the panel and there are these type screws that's head is just a small round circle. It isn't a phillips head type or a flat head...what the hell do i use to get the stock speakers off??

I think they are rivets. Supra celica is changing his speakers out right now. Send him a PM, he'll help you out.

It's called a pop-rivet ... you need to drill them out and then replace them with either screws or bolts.
