couldn't have said it better myself. dude if your selling the car why would you risk damaging it if you ahve a prospective buyer.
if i was buying a car from you adn you tokk it to the meet i would make you take 1 or 2k off the price for mileage not to meniton if i foudn one rock chip you wuold lose sale.
