The GTS is 50bhp down and has FWD compared to the mazdas RWD. The lap times show what an advantage the RX8 has over the Celica.

Granted though, his friends piece of shit ST170 or 2.0 Zetec or whatever it is is no match for the T Sport.

I know you half-corrected yourself in your next post, but know what you're talking about before you speak. The RX-8 runs slower in the 1/4 mile than what the good Celica drivers are running, and has less aftermarket for improvement. It also doesn't handle nearly as well.

who cares I like my celica, after I went and test drove 350z rx8,s saabs and so on, I found I could by the top of the line GTS for less money. so what the Performance is a little less but shit I dont race at no track, DO YOU? And damm those big ass 650 700 dollar a month payments get really ugly after 4 -5 years. If you ask me celca out performs all of them for the amount of money paid, END of Discusion
