I was at work, about to get out at 11:30pm. I went outside and what do I see? Nothing. My car is gone. All that was left was shattered glass with my tint on it. 7 grand went into it. I swear, if I ever catch the person('s) who did it, their'll pay mentally, physically, and financially. To make the situation worse, I left my key for my rims in there too. How the fuck they steal a 2003 vehical, must have been a professional. All I know is that they was watching me for a while and plan it out nice. Fucking basterds, I hope they rott in hell. Luckily my ride is fully covered but my inspection was passed due. Would the insurance still cover it? If anybody here around the Rhode Island and Mass. area knows or hear anything about a stolen yellow Celica GTS, please let me know.
Well, since they stole it, they might as well take everything out of it. I don't want it back, knowing it's all beat up and shit. I have so many suspects in my head right now.
If you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself.
Did you have any type of an alarm system in your Celly?
No, but I was schedule to put one in next week. When I first bought the car the dealer ask me if I wanted to put lojack for $300 and I denied it. Boy do I regret that.
Damn, I guess I should go ahead and get my alarm really soon because I dont want this to happen to me. Sorry about your loss man, I really hope ins will bail you out.
damnman, good luck to you. If it has lojack or someother high tech security device on it i should be found. Report that to everyone, cops and insurance!
Hopefull the insurance should hook ya up with something, g/l
Holy Shit...Whoa man that really blows...you have/had a beautiful celly, they will prolly end up selling all the parts and shit on e-bay or shipping it over seas to get a profit off it.
There are a lot of nice cars out there that I want. But nothing could compare to the celica IMO. After hearing about the news that it was discontinued, it makes me want to keep it even more.
bro, best of luck. i cant believe how someone steals such a beautiful car. cz its beautiful! if you ever see that guy who stole it, no questions asked just knock him to death. why cant ppl learn to make money by not stealing and hurting other ppl? best of luck man, hopefully everything goes smooth
Im sorry to hear that man...hope your insurrance goes through fine. Good luck.
I had couple close calls. Im pretty nervous all the time. Everytime my alarm goes off, I get up and go take a look.
Cheli: Not much you can do about people getting into the car... Just have good equipment like: 1. Wheel locks 2. Brake lock/clutch lock 3. If you really wanna go safe... get a removable steering wheel (which I never recommend)... 4. Two way alarm
When thief get's into your car and see that you dont have a steering wheel there... that maybe pretty funny...
Sorry to hear about your celi getting jacked..wish you the best though..and if you ever find those thief's make them pay with whatever you got! Hope everythings turns out the way you want it to. goodluck
...especially with your revenge: When you get your new celica have it installed with a remote pager but disable the audible alarm. The Compustar SS, using mil spec spread spectrum technology, is the best since it has a 1.2 mile range, and so if you are say 200 feet away it will go through the building. This time if the thief tries to steal your car again thinking you don't have an alarm (don't worry it has killstart), simply walk up to the car once you are paged and BOOM BLOW HIS HEAD OFF! LOL! No seriously, please call the cops, send him to jail, then sue him if he has anything probably not, but oh well.
BTW, I have the Viper remote pager alarm on my car, but I'm upgrading to the Compustar SS since it's the best. Where I used to be from in Vegas, I either heard of a friend's car or a friend of a friend's car being stolen almost every week.
sorry dude that sucks...i hope insurance covers everything...also if you have toyo guard on your car they will pay you money if they do not recover your car...so i would look into that also!

sorry to hear about this. lojack could have helped in this kind of stuff. they're probably not pros cause you did found shattered glass. as you know, it's not that hard to hot wire a car. hope you find your car...
Hope everything works out okay for you. What insurance company do you have?
Try to find as many receipts for your mods as possible. Also, pictures you may have taken will help too. Just anything to prove what was on your car, and what those things cost to replace. With most companies, anything that is permanently attached to your car (stereo, rims, engine mods, ect...) should be covered. Loose items in your car (CDs, ect) may be covered by your homeowners insurance.
I know it sucks man, but if you have good insurance this whole thing shouldn't be anything worse than a giant inconvenience.
I'm just a crosshair I'm just a shot away from you
Dude that really sucks!...Hope you get it back yellow is pretty easy to spot!...But if not hope you get a new one soon...I'm buying a new celica does all toyota dealers offer lojack?...
DAMN!!!! I have a solar yellow celi too!!!!! I made sure that I had an alarm on it before I drove it home (they had to put it in while I waited in the lobby all day)...I'm gonna go get lo JACK no tho...and I wouldn't worry too much about the insurance company...I work for a law firm, and if you have full coverage then they have to cover it
Good news guys. Police called me and they said they found my car in boston. The guy told me that they took my stereo, speakers, rims, and there's some minrs body damage. I'm going to look at it now and post up some pics later.

Dude awesome! not about the stuff they stole, but if you think about it its all material stuff. But anyway..if you do find the guys that did this, i wouldnt recommend "beating their ass up". That just gets you in more shit...
