here is a few more From: Clos 07/19/04 01:33 PM damn can i ask you one last question do you know the hp gains on the trials header i heard it only gave 6 whp and the dc gave 10.6 is this true?
I would like to get more info on this new header. Quality, reliablity, price, service, company name how long they have been operating, who ownes the company etc... just as much information as possiable.
From: Clos 07/20/04 02:27 PM so you had a different piping? and also were are you gettin urs from? because i mite as well put my self on the waiting list, because i want to get the dc now, insted of paying like 800 for trials, do you know the gain of the trd header, im so sorry for asking you a million questions
From: Lucky_317 07/21/04 01:24 PM I was the protype car. those were the 2 protypes that made power. they picked the one that made the most gains and reproduced it to sell.
I dunno anything about the trd header. I heard it only gets 2-3 whp gains.
yeah i have it i got all my info from (Lucky) the fastest on this site here ill show you wat we talked about
AWW CRAP! I tried to post but it didn't work and now I lost my badass comment! Oh yeah. I don't care what Lucky told you. He is an EXCELENT DRIVER! That does not mean that his car is faster than any other GTS. The fact is, if you had the DC header and he was stock you would still loose. Now, I know I look like an ass...because I have yet to locate my pic of the Trial Version 3 dyno... Here is a pic of the version 1 though. The Trial Vers. 3 header dyno'd 11 whp...BUT I CAN"T FIND IT!!!!!! So, I can't really prove anything...
However the one thing I can prove is the fact that the Trial header does not LOOSE POWER ANYWHERE IN THE RPM RANGE! The DC header is an AWESOME "bang for the buck"...However, it loses a substantial ammount of power when lift engages. THAT IS RIGHT WHERE YOU NEED THE MOST POWER!!! Especially if you can't land in lift... Everytime you up-shift you will land in this "void" where there is not as much power as before... Anyways here are some Pics of the Trial VERSION 1 DYNO.
lucky i hope you dont get mad because im posting this, and also i dont want ya to start yelling at him because of wat he said on the gains, i belive him thats y i got dc, there is no other dynos for the other ones so this is the most trusted one
There you go. I hope to have Dynos from the rep by tomarrow. Ironically, I stumbled accross this while searching for a Aftermarket Intake manifold for the celica...Which I swear I saw but that is not the point...Anyways, now you know ALL that I do.
No kidding...I Am sure you can sell your header if you REALLY want this one...however, if you think about it, this header is insanly expensive... What is really cool though is the HP ratings and the fact that it IS a custom fabrication. I must say I definately am going to buy this...but prolly not for another month or two...Fricken sweet though...
yeah ill probably get that shit after im done with everything on the car, i knew my friend was right wen he told me i could get custom made header that would give me more gains for close to one G. but hey im only 5whp behind you and i paid $800 less so im strait great find and nice info

Exactly! Plus, this Header might lose HP as well...Just waiting for the Dyno. What is nice is the fact that about a month from now I am getting a PHAT commision check...so yes, I will have it, and the Power FC, and TUM...etc. YAY!
LOL true...however, for the N/A guys like Lucky this is AWESOME!! You put the Power FC and this header on your car...about 2 grand. But, you are runnin close to 200hp! depending on how your car dyno'd stock...
