I really don't understand what the deal is... I've read such good things about RJ, but I ordered some simple bulb covers and have not received anything. I ordered them on 7-13-04. I've sent 3 e-mails(sales@rjautoworks.com) and no response. It's only 8 bucks but still, where are my bulb covers?? Poor, Poor and...POOR service!

Damn that sucks. I just bought a white gauge from them the other day. Hope I get mine soon.

give it some time - it hasn't even been 10 business days yet... and its still Sunday right now, you might get something in the mail from RJ Autoworks within a few hours (Monday) as for the emails - I'm sure he is completely bogged-down with emails every day... I am currently up to 450 emails each day, and when the junk is cleaned, its roughly 150 that i actually have to reply to - each and every day... I'm sure his situation is close to the same  Either way, I know that you WILL get somethings for your Celi in the mail tomorrow (Monday) and then several more things through this week

Thanks for the reassurance Isaac, but as busy as you are you still respond right away. Bad arm and all! I'll give it till tomorrow and if I hear somthing from RJ I'll retract my last statement. And can't wait for the items!!!!!

hmmm i got my gauges from them. they are a bit slow but they always responded to my emails. but then they might just be slow because the kind i wanted was on backorder.

Got my item today! He even gave me an extra set for the slow shipping. I am retracting my previous statement. I just overreacted thinking they werent going to respond. Sorry RJ, no hard feelings I hope...
