I was told by ppl on ecelica that I can trust him He was a somewhat active member. Regardless, I would contact the authorities about the matter immediately so they can get the ball rolling. At the very least, contact Paypal (or however you paid). If he pays you down the road in the near future, then you can always cancel the investigation. Regardless, good luck with everything.
