Sorry to hear that , I hope she goes to jail for a long time. and the cops beat her when they catch her

just finally got intouch with my insurance week and half later and they are gonna be sending a check out this week so the shop can start working on it. I asked about the other lady and her insurance and they said she hasn't been caught yet and that there is something odd going on with her and her car. also no sign of her insurance agency which is odd cause i gave them her insurance code.
i hate my damn insurance company i pay to damn much for them not to bust their ass for me.

I am a lawyer. I don't do personal injury cases but depending on your injuries I'd say this type of case 10-15 grand for your pain,suffering, and lost wages. It depends on your injuries. Did you leave the scene in the ambulance? Thats a big plus. Go to a chiropractor regularly for treatment. Cases like this usually settle or go to arbitration and it would be a least a year before you see the cash.

Yeah, whatever did happen to the lady that hit you? I wouldn't be surprised if the police never took any action. There's the law, which says she committed a felony, then there's reality, where a lot of times the police fail to enforce it.

my body man did a excellet job he is very skilled and the whole side is brand new .. plus the ladys insurance final sent a letter the other day stateing they will cover all costs
