It's still a beast compared to the Celica. And the headlights have no curves now, it's like the Corolla lights or like someone else mentioned, Civic lights. Like the tail-lights, but other than that, everything else is either the same or worse.

dealers suck, and the quality of Celicas is not that great (except the engine), such as condensation in headlights & bad AC conditioning.
^i'm with you on that one, even the engine is not that great...the lift bolts, low tq...

you can say they're trying to make a mass production in hybirds, as honda insight was the first hybird in the production market...

^^
i have never had a problem with my lift bolts and what would you expect from a low displacement 4 banger, its not gonna have loads of torque
i like the celica just fine
i prefer the body styling and the interior compared to the rsx ( but i do like the red gauges at night over my ugly amber)
im 5'11" and i have plenty of head room ( the car also has a sunroof)
i feel wrapped in the cockpit giving me a feeling of complete control of the car
when i drove the rsx-s, i liked the quietness of the ride and the smooth engagement of i-vtec ( i doubt the 2005 will be any different)
what i didnt like was that i felt like i was sitting in a high chair while i was driving and though the transmission was smooth as f*** it just felt to easy to misshift the car
all im trying to say is that im not gonna be trading in my celica in for 210 hp and 143 ft\lbs of torque
celica has been tooooo good to me thumbsup

mazda 3 for example, offers more tq (150lb ft tq) and still a 4 banger. focus svt, lancer ralliart, sentra ser or spec v, rsx, coupe SI, old integra have more tq...

Look at their weights though, remember we're a pretty light vehicle.

Yep, but I always though of it like...

RSX= Luxury (somewhat) Civic.

I personally liked the look of the older rsx's better; it's easier to distinguish in a crowd of cars. But I loved all the other improvements they did to the car, besides the obvious 10hp bumb, it has a better suspension setup, thicker rear sway bar, and improved final drive (maybe for the bigger wheel size?). Now I'll just wait for the posts saying
"I like my celica better" or
"The extra 10hp doesn't matter because of the weight" or
"I will Oown JoO in the turns" or
"The car looks like (insert car here)"
