Next time get some guys around and try and stop his car. Best not stand in the road in case he runs you over. Use something else. Like a fridge/freezer. Ask him to wind his window down. If he doesn't, break it with your fist. Then ask him what the fuck he wants and why he keeps looking at your house/car. If hes got a legit reason, like hes working out a route to run a marathon or something fair enough. If he hasn't then drag him out of the car, either by opening the door or through the smashed window and break his fucking head for him. Don't over-work yourself. Ask some of your friends to join in. Let your feet do most of the work. You might get in a bit of trouble, but you can make something up like he was making threats on your family and stuff. Use your friends as witnesses. If the cops are as useless as the ones in this country then its your only option if you want to protect your property. It'll be too late when the damage is done. Make sure you get in there first LOL and they say us UK folks are hooligans.. where the hell do they get that idea from? I oughtta smash them in the.. ahem.. NURSE!! I NEED MY MEDICATION!! <twitch>

Wow...why is everyone so violent?? Maybe he's in the market for a celi and just isn't sure if wants one or not yet, and maybe he is shy and doesn't want to come talk to you about it. And maybe your Celi is the only one near him.
Of course that is a lot of Maybes
