Can someone PLEASE give a ballpark overall cost for the stage one in an auto GT? For example:

Kit $3,000
Install $1,500
Module/Programming $500
Machine Torque Converter $500
(parts...) $XXX

Kit.
Install.
Replacement parts for things that might be old, worn, etc.
The extra money fund, to buy things that make themselves necesary during the install.
PowerFC.
A good tune.

About $7500, assuming you need to spend a $1500 on assorted extra parts.

eekWOW! So given $7,500 for 80 hp, that's about $94 per hp!!!! Hmmmmmm...now I'm really re-considering doing this. At a certain point I can't justify the cost anymore. crazy

This has been mixed!! With the st1 kit you got the Ecu (greddy e-manage) as well. So kit is 3200$ plus labour. thats what you count. I estimate total 5000$ with a nice work and tuning together. Or if you are mechanically aspired you can spare the 1800 install and tuning and spend some money on tools and wide band O2 reader, so you would be able to tune it yourself.
